Led art direction for Wilson x Dreamville’s Chi-League 2021 takeover

Challenge

Need to outfit the Chicago State University gym to transform it into a Wilson gym while also representing all our sponsors. The league was transitioning from Nike, and it was critical to establish Wilson and Dreamville as the driving forces behind the league's new identity.

Approach

Focused on large print graphics to make the branding unmistakable, while ensuring the Wilson and Dreamville presence was prominent throughout. Intentionally positioned graphics in high-visibility spots to ensure maximum social media impact.

Execution

Ran a 4-week tournament with heavy marketing on radio, print, and social, featuring Wilson and Dreamville branding. The gym was transformed with customized Wilson Dreamville court graphics, and jerseys featuring sponsor branding. A photoshoot with players was done to elevate the league's visuals and ensure strong marketing materials.
